14-hour days.
Pallets. Docks.
Sleeping in my car between shifts.
Believing success had to hurt.
For years, I lived in survival mode.
I thought rest had to be earned.
I thought asking for help wasn’t safe.
I thought money was stressful.
I thought strong women did everything alone.

None of that was true.
Somewhere between burnout, grief seasons, prayer walks, and one very honest conversation with God…
something cracked open.
I realized I wasn’t stuck.
I was just loyal to an old identity.
So I chose a new one.
I chose healing.
I chose mentorship.
I chose nervous-system-safe success.
I chose to believe:
It is safe to be great.
And my entire life started reorganizing around that one decision.

I partner with a legacy wellness company and a powerful digital education platform that does the heavy lifting — systems, training, duplication, fulfillment, customer support — all the things my nervous system refuses to be responsible for ever again.

Inviting women into sovereign sisterhood.
Helping creatives, moms, healers, and soul-led leaders create more time, energy, clarity, and financial choice — without hustling themselves into burnout..
